Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ESM1, or Endothelial Cell-Specific Molecule 1, is a glycoprotein predominantly expressed in endothelial cells, particularly in the vascular endothelium. It plays a crucial role in various physiological processes, including angiogenesis, vascular permeability, and inflammation. Recent studies have linked ESM1 to several pathological conditions, such as cardiovascular diseases, tumors, and chronic inflammatory diseases. Researchers are increasingly interested in ESM1 as a potential biomarker for disease progression and therapeutic target due to its significant involvement in endothelial function and disease mechanisms. The recombinant protein form of ESM1 provides an invaluable tool for studying its biological functions and interactions in vitro and in vivo. By utilizing ESM1 recombinant proteins, scientists aim to elucidate its role in endothelial cell signaling, immune response modulation, and its potential as a target for drug discovery. Overall, the study of ESM1 and its recombinant proteins promises to enhance our understanding of endothelial biology and offer insights into innovative treatment strategies for various vascular-related diseases.
