稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LGALS3BP, also known as galectin-3 binding protein, plays a significant role in various biological processes, including immune response, cell adhesion, and tumor progression. This protein, a member of the galectin family, binds to galectin-3 and is implicated in cancer biology, particularly in modulating tumor microenvironments and influencing metastatic behaviors. Research has highlighted its potential as a biomarker for several cancers, including breast, prostate, and lung cancers, due to its association with disease progression and poor prognosis. Furthermore, LGALS3BP is involved in regulating inflammation and fibrosis, making it a potential therapeutic target for chronic conditions. The cloning and expression of recombinant LGALS3BP enable researchers to investigate its functional properties and interactions in greater detail. This understanding can pave the way for the development of novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies aimed at manipulating its pathways. Given its distinct roles in both physiological and pathological processes, the exploration of LGALS3BP is essential for advancing our knowledge in oncology and immunology, potentially leading to innovative approaches in cancer treatment and management.
