Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
VGLL3, or Vestigial Like Protein 3, is a member of the vestigial-like family of proteins that play vital roles in developmental biology and tissue homeostasis. Recent studies have highlighted its significance in various physiological processes, including muscle differentiation, adipogenesis, and cancer progression. VGLL3 functions primarily as a transcriptional co-regulator, interacting with multiple transcription factors to modulate gene expression relevant to these processes. Its role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly those linked to the Hippo pathway, has drawn attention due to implications in organ size regulation and tumorigenesis. Researchers have been increasingly focused on the development of VGLL3 recombinant proteins to explore its functional mechanisms and therapeutic potential. By producing VGLL3 in recombinant form, studies can examine its interactions with other proteins, assess its impact on specific cellular pathways, and investigate potential applications in regenerative medicine and cancer therapy. Additionally, recombinant VGLL3 can serve as a valuable tool for identifying downstream targets and elucidating its role in inhibiting or promoting tumor growth. Given the protein’s involvement in critical biological functions, understanding VGLL3’s mechanisms may lead to novel strategies for manipulating its activity in clinical settings, particularly for diseases characterized by dysregulated cell growth and differentiation. As such, VGLL3 recombinant protein research represents an exciting frontier in molecular biology and therapeutic development.
