稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LIM2, or LIM domain 2, is a key protein involved in various cellular processes, including cell signaling, transcription regulation, and cytoskeletal organization. Research has increasingly focused on LIM2 due to its potential role in developmental biology and disease mechanisms, particularly in cancer and neurological disorders. LIM domain proteins, including LIM2, are known to interact with a variety of signaling molecules and transcription factors, implicating them in the regulation of gene expression and cellular responses to external stimuli. Despite its importance, the precise biological functions and mechanistic pathways involving LIM2 remain poorly understood. Recent advances in recombinant protein technology have enabled scientists to produce and study LIM2 in controlled experimental settings, allowing for detailed investigations into its structure, interactions, and functions. Through the generation of LIM2 recombinant proteins, researchers aim to elucidate the role of this protein in cellular processes, providing insights into its contributions to health and disease. Additionally, understanding LIM2's interactions may unveil novel therapeutic targets, emphasizing the significance of this protein in biomedical research.
