Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GNL3, or GTP-binding nuclear protein 3, is a member of the GTPase superfamily and has been implicated in various cellular processes, including ribosome biogenesis and nuclear transport. Given its essential role in cellular function, research on GNL3 recombinant proteins has gained significant attention in the fields of molecular biology and biochemistry. Studies have shown that GNL3 is involved in regulating cell proliferation and has potential implications in cancer biology, as altered expression levels of GNL3 have been correlated with various malignancies. Furthermore, GNL3 is believed to interact with other proteins within the nucleoplasm, facilitating essential molecular pathways. The production of recombinant GNL3 proteins allows researchers to investigate its structure-function relationships, elucidate its binding mechanisms, and explore its interactions with other biomolecules. Such studies are critical for understanding GNL3's role in normal cellular physiology and its potential contributions to disease processes. As a result, the development of effective expression systems for producing GNL3, as well as the characterization of its biochemical properties and interactions, remains a crucial area of investigation in the context of targeted therapeutic strategies against cancers and other diseases associated with GNL3 dysregulation. Overall, the exploration of GNL3 recombinant protein provides valuable insights into its functional roles and enhances our understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying critical cellular activities.
