稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANK1, or Ankyrin 1, is a key protein that plays a crucial role in the stability and functioning of various cellular structures, particularly in red blood cells (RBCs). It is primarily known for its involvement in linking the cytoskeleton to the plasma membrane, thereby maintaining cell shape and integrity. Mutations or dysfunctions in the ANK1 gene can lead to a range of hematological disorders, including hereditary spherocytosis and other forms of anemia. Given its significance in cellular architecture and its implications in disease, the recombinant form of ANK1 has been a focal point of research. Scientists are exploring its structural properties, functional roles, and interactions with other cellular components. By generating and characterizing ANK1 recombinant proteins, researchers aim to elucidate the mechanisms by which ANK1 mutations affect cell morphology and function. This knowledge is vital for the development of therapeutic strategies targeting these disorders. Additionally, recombinant ANK1 proteins serve as valuable tools in studying protein interactions and cellular signaling pathways, further broadening our understanding of its biological roles. The ongoing research holds promise for advancements in both basic biology and clinical applications, potentially leading to new diagnostic and therapeutic approaches for patients affected by ANK1-related diseases.
