Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GNL1, or guanine nucleotide-binding protein, is a vital regulator involved in various cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and stress response. It is part of the GTPase family, which plays a crucial role in cell signaling pathways. Research on GNL1 has gained momentum due to its potential implications in cancer biology and other diseases, making it a target for therapeutic interventions. The protein has been implicated in the nucleolar functions and ribosomal biogenesis, thereby linking it to the regulation of protein synthesis. Additionally, its aberrant expression has been associated with various cancer types, highlighting its importance in oncogenesis. The recombinant production of GNL1 is essential for in-depth studies of its structure-function relationships and interactions with other cellular molecules. By employing recombinant DNA technology, researchers can produce large quantities of GNL1 for biochemical and biophysical characterization, facilitating insights into its role in cellular mechanisms. Understanding GNL1's functional dynamics could open avenues for the development of novel therapeutic strategies aimed at targeting its pathways in oncological and other related conditions, thus underlying its significance in modern biomedicine and drug development.
