Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EFNB3, or Ephrin-B3, is a member of the ephrin family of ligands that interact with Eph receptors to play crucial roles in various biological processes, including cell adhesion, migration, and signaling. This protein is particularly significant in the context of embryonic development, neuronal guidance, and tissue patterning. Recent studies have highlighted the involvement of EFNB3 in several pathological conditions, such as cancers and neurological disorders, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. The recombinant production of EFNB3 allows researchers to study its functional properties in vitro, providing insights into its mechanisms of action and interactions with Eph receptors. By standardizing the expression and purification of EFNB3, scientists aim to facilitate a deeper understanding of its role in cell signaling pathways and its potential implications in disease. Overall, the recombinant EFNB3 protein serves as a valuable tool for elucidating the biological significance of ephrin signaling in health and disease.
