Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GPR75 is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) family, which plays a crucial role in various physiological processes through their ability to convey extracellular signals into cellular responses. Recent studies have indicated that GPR75 is involved in regulating appetite and energy homeostasis, making it a potential target for treating metabolic disorders such as obesity and diabetes. Understanding the structure and function of GPR75 is essential for elucidating its role in these pathways. The expression of recombinant GPR75 protein enables researchers to study its biochemical properties, signaling mechanisms, and interactions with ligands in a controlled environment. Producing GPR75 in a recombinant system not only facilitates the exploration of its pharmacological potential but also aids in the development of novel therapeutic agents. As a result, ongoing research is focused on optimizing the expression and purification methods for GPR75, along with characterizing its functional assays to better understand its implications in health and disease. The insights gained from these studies could pave the way for innovative strategies to combat metabolic diseases and enhance our understanding of GPCR biology.
