Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EEF1G, or eukaryotic translation elongation factor 1 gamma, is a crucial protein involved in the process of translation, which is the synthesis of proteins from messenger RNA (mRNA) templates. It functions primarily by facilitating the delivery of aminoacyl-tRNA to the ribosome, ensuring accurate and efficient protein synthesis. Recent studies have highlighted EEF1G's potential role beyond translation, suggesting its involvement in various cellular processes such as cell growth, division, and apoptosis. With its expression often upregulated in various types of cancers, EEF1G has emerged as a significant biomarker and potential therapeutic target. Researchers are increasingly focused on creating recombinant EEF1G protein to investigate its structure-function relationships and post-translational modifications. These studies aim to elucidate the molecular mechanisms by which EEF1G contributes to oncogenesis and other pathological conditions. Overall, the exploration of EEF1G through recombinant protein research is vital for understanding its multifaceted roles in cellular biology and its implications in disease, ultimately paving the way for novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.
