Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FRYL reconstituted proteins have garnered significant interest in recent years due to their unique structural and functional properties. As a member of the FCHO protein family, FRYL plays a critical role in endocytosis, where it is involved in the recruitment of other proteins to the site of membrane invagination. Research indicates that FRYL is essential for clathrin-mediated endocytosis and is implicated in various cellular processes, including signal transduction and cytoskeletal dynamics. The exploration of FRYL has been driven by its potential implications in understanding diseases related to defective endocytic pathways, such as cancer and neurodegeneration. Recent advances in structural biology techniques, such as cryo-electron tomography and X-ray crystallography, have enabled scientists to decipher the molecular mechanisms by which FRYL operates. This reconstitution approach not only aids in elucidating the protein's functional domains and interactions but also facilitates the development of therapeutic strategies targeting endocytic pathways. As research progresses, FRYL reconstituted proteins may offer valuable insights into the molecular underpinnings of cellular dynamics and open new avenues for drug discovery.
