稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ENDOG, or endonuclease G, is a mitochondrial enzyme that plays a crucial role in cellular processes, particularly in apoptosis and mitochondrial DNA maintenance. Its discovery has opened new avenues in understanding the molecular mechanisms of cell death, with implications in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Research has indicated that ENDOG is involved in the cleavage of damaged DNA, thereby influencing the integrity of the mitochondrial genome. The dysregulation of ENDOG activity has been associated with impaired mitochondrial function and the promotion of tumorigenesis. Moreover, studies have shown that ENDOG is implicated in the regulation of cell cycle and proliferation, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. As such, the investigation of recombinant ENDOG proteins has gained significance in the field of molecular biology and biomedicine. Researchers are focused on understanding the structure-function relationship of ENDOG and exploring its potential in gene therapy and biotechnology applications. The recombinant expression of ENDOG allows for detailed studies of its enzymatic properties and interaction with other biomolecules, paving the way for innovative therapeutic strategies aimed at manipulating apoptotic pathways in various diseases. Overall, the ongoing research on ENDOG is poised to unveil critical insights into mitochondrial dynamics and its role in health and disease.
