稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CCL5, also known as RANTES (Regulated upon Activation, Normal T Expressed and Secreted), is a chemokine that plays a crucial role in immune response, particularly in attracting and activating T cells, eosinophils, and basophils at sites of inflammation. Emerging research has indicated that CCL5 is involved in various pathological conditions, including cancer, HIV infection, and autoimmune diseases, where it may contribute to disease progression and inflammation. Given its pivotal role in immune modulation, the development of recombinant CCL5 protein has garnered significant interest for potential therapeutic applications. Recombinant CCL5 can be utilized in studies exploring its effects on immune cell recruitment and activation, facilitating a deeper understanding of its biological functions. Furthermore, the availability of this protein allows for the investigation of its role in various diseases, potentially leading to novel treatment strategies targeting CCL5 pathways. The engineering and purification of recombinant CCL5 also enable researchers to study its interactions with receptors, contributing to the development of drugs that can either mimic or inhibit its activity. Thus, the research and application of CCL5 recombinant protein are not only important for understanding immune mechanisms but also hold promise for advancing therapeutic approaches in diverse medical fields.
