稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CSAG1 (Cancer/Testis Antigen 1) is a gene that belongs to the cancer/testis antigen (CTA) family, which is particularly expressed in germ cells of the testis and various tumors. Its expression in normal tissues is largely restricted to the testis, making CSAG1 an attractive target for cancer immunotherapy. Research into CSAG1 has gained momentum due to its potential role in tumorigenesis and as a biomarker for certain malignancies, especially in melanoma and other cancers where its expression correlates with poor prognosis. Recombinant CSAG1 protein has been produced to facilitate the study of its biological functions, immune response elicitation, and its potential as a therapeutic target. Characterization of the CSAG1 protein has underscored its ability to stimulate T-cell responses, providing insight into its immunogenic properties and the mechanisms by which it could be harnessed in vaccine development. Investigations into the structural and functional aspects of CSAG1 have also opened avenues for understanding its involvement in the immune evasion of tumors. Overall, the study of recombinant CSAG1 is at the forefront of efforts to develop effective cancer vaccines and immunotherapies that could enhance anti-tumor immunity and improve clinical outcomes for cancer patients.
