Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PPP2R3B, a regulatory subunit of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A), plays a critical role in cellular signaling pathways by modulating protein phosphorylation states, a key mechanism in various biological processes including cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. The significance of PP2A in cancer biology, where dysregulation of its activity can contribute to tumorigenesis, has prompted researchers to investigate the role of its regulatory subunits like PPP2R3B. Understanding the structural and functional properties of PPP2R3B is essential for elucidating its specific interactions within the PP2A complex and its impact on downstream signaling pathways. Additionally, the expression and reconstitution of PPP2R3B as a recombinant protein provide a valuable tool for studying its biochemical activities and interactions in vitro. Such research may unveil potential therapeutic targets, as modulating PPP2R3B activity could offer novel strategies for cancer treatment and other diseases associated with PP2A dysregulation. Hence, the investigation of PPP2R3B not only enhances our understanding of PP2A biology but also paves the way for innovative approaches in the field of drug development and precision medicine.
