Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CRYZL1, or crystallin zeta-like 1, is a member of the crystallin superfamily, known primarily for its roles in lens transparency and cellular stress response. Research on CRYZL1 has gained traction due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including antioxidant defense, protein folding, and potential contributions to neurodegenerative diseases. The gene encoding CRYZL1 has been found to exhibit mutations linked to certain pathological conditions, which emphasizes the need for understanding its structural and functional properties. Recombinant CRYZL1 protein offers a valuable tool for investigating its biochemical characteristics and interaction networks, enabling researchers to dissect its role in cellular homeostasis and pathology. Studying the recombinant form also allows for the exploration of its enzymatic functions and its potential as a therapeutic target. Given the increasing interest in the molecular mechanisms underlying diseases associated with crystallins and stress responses, CRYZL1's study could provide insights not only into basic biology but also into the development of novel therapeutic strategies. Thus, the development and characterization of CRYZL1 recombinant protein represent a significant step towards elucidating its biological significance and utility in biomedical research.
