稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
S1PR1, or Sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 1, is a G protein-coupled receptor that plays a pivotal role in various physiological and pathological processes, including lymphocyte migration, vascular development, and immune response modulation. The dysregulation of S1PR1 signaling has been implicated in numerous diseases, such as autoimmune disorders, cancer, and cardiovascular diseases. As research has advanced, S1PR1 has emerged as a potential therapeutic target for these conditions, prompting scientists to explore the structure and function of this receptor in greater detail. The production of recombinant S1PR1 proteins is essential for these investigations, facilitating studies on receptor-ligand interactions, downstream signaling pathways, and the development of small molecules or biologics that can modulate S1PR1 activity. This research also provides insights into the receptor's role in cell signaling and its potential as a drug target. By utilizing advanced protein expression and purification techniques, researchers aim to generate high-quality S1PR1 proteins that can be used in both in vitro and in vivo studies, ultimately contributing to the development of novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating S1PR1 for the treatment of various diseases.
