Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DAND5, a member of the DAN family of secreted proteins, plays a crucial role in the regulation of signaling pathways involved in embryonic development and tissue patterning. Research into DAND5 has garnered interest due to its involvement in processes such as the modulation of the BMP (Bone Morphogenetic Protein) and Wnt signaling pathways, which are essential for cell differentiation and organogenesis. Dysregulation of DAND5 has been linked to various developmental disorders and diseases. Recent studies have aimed to elucidate the molecular mechanisms by which DAND5 functions, including its interactions with other proteins and its impact on cellular behaviors. Additionally, understanding the structure-function relationship of DAND5 can provide insights into its potential therapeutic applications in regenerative medicine and cancer treatment. As researchers continue to explore the multifaceted roles of DAND5 in developmental biology, the protein's significance in both normal physiological processes and pathological conditions is becoming increasingly evident. This growing body of evidence underscores the need for further investigation into DAND5, which may open new avenues for targeted therapies and biotechnological applications.
