Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of CNDP2 recombinant protein is rooted in the exploration of its potential implications in various biological processes and diseases. CNDP2, also known as "carnosine dipeptidase 2," is an enzyme that plays a crucial role in the metabolism of bioactive peptides, particularly in the breakdown of carnosine, a dipeptide involved in cellular functions such as antioxidant defense, pH buffering, and modulation of intracellular calcium levels. Elevated levels of CNDP2 have been linked to various pathophysiological conditions, including diabetes and neurodegenerative diseases, highlighting its significance as a therapeutic target. The production of recombinant CNDP2 facilitates detailed biochemical and structural characterizations, enabling researchers to investigate its enzymatic activity, substrate specificity, and regulatory mechanisms. Furthermore, understanding the structure-function relationship of CNDP2 can lead to the development of potent inhibitors or modulators that may serve as novel therapeutic agents. The recombinant protein is also essential for exploring its role in physiological contexts, including muscle metabolism and brain function. Thus, researching CNDP2 recombinant protein not only enhances our understanding of fundamental biological processes but also paves the way for potential therapeutic advancements in treating related health issues.
