Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NSP (Non-structural Protein) recombinant proteins have gained prominence in virology and molecular biology due to their critical roles in the life cycles of various viruses. NSPs are involved in viral replication, transcription, and immune evasion, making them potential targets for therapeutic interventions and vaccine development. As researchers strive to understand viral pathogenesis and host interactions, the production of NSPs as recombinant proteins enables detailed studies of their functions and interactions at the molecular level. Advances in techniques such as recombinant DNA technology and expression systems have facilitated the large-scale production of these proteins, allowing for in vitro studies and high-throughput screening for antiviral compounds. Furthermore, NSPs can serve as valuable tools for serological diagnostics and as components of subunit vaccines. Recent studies have highlighted the importance of NSPs in mediating virulence and host immune responses, emphasizing the need for in-depth research in this area. These investigations are vital for developing effective strategies to combat viral diseases, particularly in an era where emerging viruses pose significant public health challenges. Therefore, the exploration of NSP recombinant proteins is not only crucial for basic virology but also for the advancement of clinical applications aimed at improving disease management and prevention.
