稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD3G, a crucial component of the T-cell receptor (TCR) complex, plays a vital role in T-cell activation and signaling. It encodes the gamma polypeptide of the CD3 complex, which, along with CD3D and CD3E, associates with TCR to facilitate antigen recognition and subsequent T-cell responses. The understanding of CD3G has become increasingly significant in immunology, particularly in the context of cancer therapy, autoimmune diseases, and adoptive T-cell therapies, such as CAR-T cell therapy. The engineering of CD3G recombinant proteins has enabled researchers to explore its functions in T-cell signaling in greater detail and develop novel therapeutic strategies. Investigating CD3G's structure and function can uncover new insights into T-cell development and activation pathways, paving the way for innovative treatments targeting immune responses. Consequently, research on CD3G recombinant proteins aims to optimize T-cell-mediated immunity and address various health challenges, making it a pivotal focus area in modern biomedical research.
