Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CSNK2B, or Casein Kinase II Beta, is a critical regulatory subunit of the serine/threonine kinase Casein Kinase II (CK2), which plays a pivotal role in various cellular processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. Significant interest has emerged in understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying CSNK2B's function due to its association with multiple diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. The study of recombinant CSNK2B protein offers valuable insights into its biochemical properties, interactions with other proteins, and role in signaling pathways. By producing CSNK2B in a recombinant form, researchers can investigate its kinase activity, elucidate its structural characteristics, and explore potential therapeutic targets for drug development. Moreover, the ability to manipulate CSNK2B expression in model systems allows for the examination of its contribution to pathological states, enhancing our understanding of CK2's involvement in disease progression. Therefore, the exploration of recombinant CSNK2B represents a significant avenue of research that can potentially lead to new strategies for intervention in diseases linked to dysregulated cellular signaling.
