Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CARD17, also known as caspase recruitment domain-containing protein 17, has emerged as a significant focus in immunology and cell signaling research. This protein, a member of the caspase recruitment domain (CARD) family, plays a crucial role in mediating inflammatory responses and apoptosis through its interactions with various signaling pathways. Initially identified for its involvement in immune response regulation, CARD17 has been linked to diseases such as autoimmune disorders and cancers, where its expression levels can influence the severity and progression of these conditions. Recent studies have shown that CARD17 can modulate the activation of NF-κB and apoptotic signals, making it a potential therapeutic target for intervention in inflammatory diseases and malignancies. The development and characterization of recombinant CARD17 protein have enabled researchers to study its structure, function, and interaction with other proteins in detail, paving the way for potential applications in drug development. By unraveling the molecular mechanisms of CARD17, scientists aim to enhance our understanding of its role in immunity and disease, ultimately contributing to the advancement of targeted therapies and improved clinical outcomes.
