Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MAP3K6, also known as mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 6, is a critical component of the MAPK signaling pathway, which plays a pivotal role in various cellular processes, including proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Research has indicated that MAP3K6 acts as an upstream regulator in this pathway, influencing the activation of downstream MAPK pathways such as ERK and p38, which are essential for responding to extracellular stimuli. Understanding the role of MAP3K6 in these signaling cascades is particularly important as dysregulation of MAPK pathways is often implicated in various diseases, including cancer, neurodegeneration, and inflammatory disorders. Recent studies have focused on the structural and functional characterization of MAP3K6, including its domain arrangement and interaction with other signaling molecules. Additionally, recombinant MAP3K6 proteins have been generated to facilitate detailed biochemical analyses and high-throughput screening for potential therapeutic interventions. By elucidating the mechanism of action and regulatory networks involving MAP3K6, researchers aim to identify novel targets for drug development and therapeutic strategies to modulate MAPK signaling in disease contexts. This knowledge not only enhances our understanding of the fundamental biology of cell signaling but also opens avenues for innovative treatments in conditions where MAP3K6 and associated pathways are altered.
