稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BIGH3, also known as BIGH3 protein or transforming growth factor-beta induced protein, is a member of the thrombospondin family and plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including cell adhesion, proliferation, and differentiation. It is primarily expressed in connective tissues and has been implicated in several ocular diseases, such as corneal dystrophies and wound healing processes. Understanding the mechanisms and functions of BIGH3 is vital for developing therapeutic strategies for these conditions. Research on BIGH3 recombinant protein focuses on elucidating its structural characteristics and biological activities, enabling scientists to explore its potential as a biomarker for disease progression or as a target for therapeutic intervention. Additionally, as a secreted extracellular matrix protein, BIGH3 influences cellular responses to environmental cues, making it a significant factor in tissue remodeling and fibrosis. Recent advances in recombinant protein technologies have facilitated the production and purification of BIGH3, allowing for detailed studies of its interactions with other proteins and cellular components. This research not only enhances our comprehension of BIGH3's role in health and disease but also holds promise for innovative approaches to treat or prevent conditions associated with its dysregulation. Ultimately, the ongoing investigation into BIGH3 recombinant protein offers valuable insights that could lead to improved clinical outcomes in various pathologies, particularly those affecting the eye and connective tissue systems.
