Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The research on iNV (Inhibitor of Nuclease V) recombinant proteins has gained prominence due to their potential applications in biotechnology and medicine. iNV proteins, derived from various organisms, are known for their ability to inhibit nucleases, which are enzymes that degrade nucleic acids. This characteristic positions them as valuable tools in molecular biology for protecting DNA and RNA from degradation during various experimental procedures, such as cloning and sequencing. Furthermore, their role in cellular processes, including gene expression regulation and DNA repair mechanisms, highlights their biological significance. Recent studies have focused on the structural and functional characterization of iNV proteins to better understand their mechanisms of action and enhance their stability and activity through recombinant expression techniques. This research not only opens avenues for therapeutic applications, such as gene therapy and the development of novel drugs but also paves the way for advancements in genetic engineering and synthetic biology. As the demand for efficient nucleic acid manipulation techniques continues to rise, iNV recombinant proteins represent a promising area of exploration aimed at overcoming challenges in genetic research and therapeutic development.
