稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZFHX1B, a member of the zinc finger homeobox gene family, is primarily involved in the regulation of gene expression and plays a critical role in developmental processes. Studies have indicated that mutations in the ZFHX1B gene are associated with various neurodevelopmental disorders, particularly Mowat-Wilson syndrome, which is characterized by intellectual disability, developmental delays, and a range of other phenotypic manifestations. Given its significant role in neuronal development and function, researchers are increasingly focused on understanding the molecular mechanisms through which ZFHX1B operates. The recombinant protein of ZFHX1B serves as a valuable tool for elucidating its functional roles in cellular environments, allowing for the investigation of its interactions with other proteins, transcriptional regulation, and pathways involved in brain development. By producing ZFHX1B as a recombinant protein, scientists can conduct in vitro assays, structural analyses, and studies on post-translational modifications, ultimately contributing to a deeper understanding of its role in health and disease. This research is critical not only for mapping the pathways associated with ZFHX1B but also for identifying potential therapeutic targets for conditions associated with its dysregulation. As such, the study of ZFHX1B recombinant protein has broad implications for developmental biology and could pave the way for innovative strategies in managing neurodevelopmental disorders.
