Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
B9D1 is a novel recombinant protein that has gained attention in the field of molecular biology and biochemistry due to its potential roles in cellular processes and disease mechanisms. The protein is derived from the B9 family, which is known for its involvement in ciliary function and assembly. Dysregulation of ciliary proteins, including those in the B9 family, can lead to various ciliopathies—genetic disorders characterized by defects in cilia structure and function. Recent studies have highlighted B9D1's impact on cell signaling pathways, particularly those related to cell growth and differentiation. Researchers are increasingly exploring B9D1 for its therapeutic potential, as understanding its structure and function may reveal novel targets for drug development. Preliminary investigations have indicated that B9D1 may play a role in cellular responses to stress and contribute to the maintenance of cellular homeostasis. Consequently, extensive studies involving genetic analysis, protein interaction assays, and functional assays are underway to elucidate the mechanisms by which B9D1 operates within cellular environments. This research not only aims to advance our understanding of B9D1 itself but also seeks to provide insights into broader biological processes that could impact various human diseases. The ongoing exploration of B9D1's functions underscores its significance in the scientific community, as it may pave the way for groundbreaking discoveries in the treatment of cilia-related disorders and beyond.
