Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The research on URGCP (Up-regulated Gene in Colon Cancer Protein) recombinant protein has emerged from the need to better understand its role in cancer biology, specifically in colorectal cancer. URGCP has been identified as a key regulator involved in various cellular processes, including proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Its overexpression in several malignancies suggests a potential oncogenic function, making it a valuable target for therapeutic interventions. The production of recombinant URGCP enables researchers to study its properties, functions, and interactions in more detail. By utilizing advanced molecular biology techniques, scientists aim to unveil the precise mechanisms through which URGCP contributes to tumorigenesis and to explore its potential as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. Additionally, this research could lead to the development of novel treatment strategies that inhibit URGCP activity or counteract its effects on cancer cells, ultimately improving outcomes for patients with colorectal and other types of cancer. The ongoing studies on URGCP recombinant protein thus hold promise not only for enhancing our understanding of cancer pathology but also for paving the way toward innovative therapeutic solutions.
