Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Fbxw10, a member of the F-box protein family, plays a critical role in the regulation of various cellular processes, including protein degradation, cell cycle progression, and signal transduction. F-box proteins are essential components of the ubiquitin-proteasome system, where they function as substrate adaptors for the SCF (SKP1-CUL1-F-box) ubiquitin ligase complex. This complex tags proteins for degradation, thereby regulating key cellular functions. Studies have suggested that Fbxw10 may be involved in the modulation of immune responses and maintenance of genomic stability. Its dysregulation has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders. Given its potential as a therapeutic target, recombinant Fbxw10 protein has become a focus of research. Producing this protein in a recombinant system allows for detailed studies of its biochemical properties, functional mechanisms, and interactions with other cellular proteins. Understanding the structure and function of Fbxw10 could provide valuable insights into its role in disease pathology and open new avenues for targeted therapies. Furthermore, recombinant Fbxw10 can be utilized in various assays to investigate its role in cellular processes and interaction networks, enhancing our comprehension of the ubiquitin-proteasome system and its impact on cellular homeostasis. This research is vital for developing strategies to manipulate Fbxw10 function in disease contexts, potentially leading to novel therapeutic interventions.
