稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ASPSCR1, or Aspergillus secreted protein with a conserved region 1, is a protein that has garnered interest due to its potential role in various biological processes, including cell differentiation, immune response, and microbial interactions. The study of ASPSCR1 is particularly relevant in the context of fungal biology, as it has been identified in the secretome of the pathogenic fungus Aspergillus fumigatus, a significant opportunistic pathogen responsible for serious infections in immunocompromised individuals. Understanding ASPSCR1's structure and function can provide insights into its mechanism of action and its interactions with host cells, which may be crucial for the development of therapeutic strategies against Aspergillus infections. Recent research has focused on the recombinant expression of ASPSCR1 to study its functional properties and to explore its potential as a biomarker for fungal infections or as a target for vaccine development. The insights gained from these studies may not only enhance our understanding of ASPSCR1's biological significance but also pave the way for innovative approaches in clinical microbiology and infectious disease management.
