Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The research on the Icarus protein (Irag1) is rooted in its pivotal role in immune regulation and its potential implications in various diseases. Irag1, or immune response-actuating gene 1, is recognized for its involvement in modulating immune responses, particularly in the context of infections and autoimmune disorders. Initially identified through studies investigating the genetic factors influencing susceptibility to diseases, researchers have focused on understanding how Irag1 influences inflammatory pathways and T cell activation. As a member of the Toll-like receptor (TLR) signaling pathway, Irag1 is crucial in mediating the immune response to pathogens. Dysregulation of this protein has been linked to heightened inflammatory responses and the development of chronic conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis and multiple sclerosis. Recent advancements in recombinant protein technology have facilitated the efficient production and purification of Irag1, enabling detailed studies of its structure and function. The synthesis of recombinant Irag1 allows for the exploration of its mechanisms of action, interaction with other immune mediators, and potential as a therapeutic target. Ongoing research aims to elucidate the precise biological functions of Irag1, its role in shaping the immune landscape, and its contributions to disease pathology, ultimately paving the way for innovative treatments and interventions in immune-related disorders.
