Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARPC3, a crucial component of the Arp2/3 complex, plays a significant role in regulating actin cytoskeleton dynamics, which is vital for various cellular processes, including migration, adhesion, and division. The Arp2/3 complex nucleates new actin filaments and generates branched actin networks, enabling cells to change shape and move efficiently. Research on ARPC3 recombinant protein has gained momentum due to its implications in understanding fundamental cellular mechanisms and its potential impact on various diseases, including cancer metastasis and immunological disorders. Recombinant ARPC3 provides a platform for studying the complex's regulatory mechanisms, investigating actin polymerization, and identifying potential therapeutic targets. By producing ARPC3 in a controlled environment, scientists can analyze its interactions with other proteins, assess its structural properties, and elucidate its role in cellular signaling pathways. Moreover, the study of ARPC3 and its functions can contribute to the development of innovative strategies for combating diseases that involve aberrant actin dynamics. As a result, ARPC3 recombinant protein serves as an essential tool for advancing our understanding of actin-related cellular processes and their implications in health and disease.
