稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CYP26A1, a member of the cytochrome P450 family, plays a crucial role in the metabolism of retinoic acid, an essential bioactive form of vitamin A that regulates various physiological processes, including embryonic development, cell differentiation, and organogenesis. Dysregulation of retinoic acid levels, often due to altered activity of CYP26A1, has been implicated in several developmental disorders and diseases such as congenital disabilities and cancer. As a result, understanding the function and regulation of CYP26A1 is of significant interest in developmental biology and pharmacology. Researchers aim to characterize this enzyme further through the expression and purification of recombinant CYP26A1 proteins. These studies facilitate the detailed analysis of its enzymatic activity, substrate specificity, and interaction with inhibitors, contributing to the broader understanding of retinoic acid signaling pathways. Furthermore, recombinant CYP26A1 can serve as a valuable tool for drug discovery, allowing scientists to explore potential therapeutic interventions that could modulate retinoic acid levels for treating related disorders. Overall, the investigation of CYP26A1 and its recombinant forms is essential for elucidating its biological significance and potential clinical applications in managing diseases associated with retinoic acid metabolism.
