Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARL4D, or ADP-ribosylation factor-like 4D, is a member of the ARF protein family, which plays a critical role in various cellular processes including membrane trafficking, cytoskeletal dynamics, and signal transduction. Its specific involvement in processes such as cell proliferation, migration, and differentiation has positioned ARL4D as a significant focus in cancer research, particularly concerning its potential role in tumorigenesis and metastasis. Given its unique structural features and regulatory functions, researchers have shown increasing interest in understanding the molecular mechanisms underpinning ARL4D's activity. The recombinant expression of ARL4D protein is a pivotal step towards elucidating its biological functions and interactions. By producing a purified form of ARL4D, scientists can employ various biochemical and biophysical techniques to analyze its domain structure, binding partners, and downstream effects on cellular signaling pathways. Such investigations may reveal novel therapeutic targets for cancer treatment and provide insight into the general mechanisms of cell regulation. Therefore, the study of ARL4D recombinant proteins not only enhances our basic understanding of ARF family proteins but also holds promise for advancing biomedical research related to cellular growth and cancer biology.
