Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CDC23, a crucial component of the cell cycle machinery, is part of the anaphase-promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C), which plays a vital role in regulating mitosis and the progression of the cell cycle. Recent studies have highlighted its significance in promoting the ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of key cell cycle regulators, thereby ensuring proper chromosomal segregation during cell division. The dysregulation of CDC23 and the APC/C has been implicated in various cancers, making it an important focus of research in cancer biology. Understanding the structure and function of CDC23 can provide insights into its mechanisms, interactions, and potential as a therapeutic target. Researchers have utilized recombinant protein technology to produce CDC23 for biochemical assays, structural studies, and to elucidate its role in cellular processes. Furthermore, studies involving CDC23 can enhance our understanding of the molecular underpinnings of cell cycle regulation and cancer progression, potentially leading to innovative strategies for diagnosis and treatment.
