Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ATRN (Ataxia Telangiectasia and Rad3 related protein) is a multifunctional protein involved in the regulation of various cellular processes, including DNA damage response, cell cycle control, and immune regulation. Its role in maintaining genomic stability and protecting cells from oxidative stress has garnered significant interest in the scientific community. Recent studies have suggested that ATRN may play a crucial role in cancer biology, particularly in tumor progression and resistance to therapy. The reconstitution of ATRN as a recombinant protein offers a powerful tool for elucidating its functional mechanisms and interactions within cellular pathways. By producing ATRN in a controlled environment, researchers can investigate its structural properties, post-translational modifications, and interactions with other proteins more precisely. This research is particularly relevant in the context of developing targeted therapies for diseases associated with ATRN dysfunction, such as various cancers and neurodegenerative disorders. The understanding gained from ATRN recombinant protein studies may pave the way for novel therapeutic strategies and enhance our ability to manipulate signaling pathways for biomedical applications. As such, the study of ATRN recombinant protein is poised to contribute significantly to the fields of cancer research, cellular biology, and therapeutic development.
