稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Arginase 2 (Arg2) is an enzyme that plays a crucial role in the urea cycle, primarily responsible for hydrolyzing L-arginine into L-ornithine and urea. Its relevance extends beyond metabolic processes; Arg2 has been implicated in various physiological and pathological conditions, including immune regulation, cancer progression, and neurodegenerative diseases. Elevated levels of Arg2 have been associated with inflammation and immune evasion in tumors, making it a potential target for cancer therapy. Research has shown that Arg2 can modulate T cell function and suppress immune responses, highlighting its significance in tumor microenvironments. Additionally, studies have indicated that Arg2 may influence oxidative stress and mitochondrial function, further linking its activity to neurodegenerative disorders. The recombinant protein version of Arg2 is synthesized in laboratory settings for detailed studies, allowing researchers to explore its biochemical properties, interaction with other cellular pathways, and potential as a therapeutic target. Investigating the structure and function of recombinant Arg2 is essential for understanding its biological mechanisms and developing novel strategies to modulate its activity in disease contexts. As a result, Arg2 represents a promising focus for research in metabolic regulation, cancer immunology, and neurobiology, paving the way for innovative approaches to tackle various health challenges.
