Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ARFIP2, a member of the ARF (ADP-ribosylation factor) family, has emerged as an important protein in cellular signaling and membrane trafficking. This protein is known to interact with small GTPases, which play critical roles in various cellular processes, including vesicle formation, cytoskeletal dynamics, and signal transduction. Recent studies have highlighted the significance of ARFIP2 in regulating endosomal and Golgi trafficking pathways, suggesting its potential involvement in various physiological and pathological conditions. For instance, dysregulation of ARFIP2 has been implicated in cancer progression and neurodegenerative diseases, where altered membrane dynamics and signaling pathways contribute to disease pathogenesis. The recombinant expression of ARFIP2 allows for in-depth biochemical analysis, providing insights into its structural and functional properties. Understanding ARFIP2's role in cellular mechanisms not only expands our comprehension of fundamental biological processes but also holds implications for therapeutic strategies targeting diseases associated with its dysfunction. Researchers are keen to explore the molecular interactions and pathways influenced by ARFIP2, thereby paving the way for potential innovations in targeted drug development and treatment modalities. This research ultimately aims to unveil the intricate networks of cellular regulation governed by ARFIP2, emphasizing its importance as a focal point in the study of cell biology and disease mechanisms.
