Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ANGPTL3 (Angiopoietin-like 3) is a protein that plays a crucial role in lipid metabolism and cardiovascular health. It is primarily produced in the liver and is known to inhibit lipoprotein lipase (LPL), an enzyme that breaks down triglycerides in lipoproteins. Elevated levels of ANGPTL3 are associated with dyslipidemia and an increased risk of cardiovascular diseases. Recent studies have highlighted its potential as a therapeutic target for managing lipid disorders. Researchers have been investigating ANGPTL3 as a candidate for monoclonal antibody treatments, aiming to modulate its activity to lower triglyceride levels and improve overall lipid profiles. Recombinant ANGPTL3 protein has been utilized in various studies to elucidate its mechanisms, interactions with other lipid regulators, and its impact on metabolic pathways. Understanding the structure and function of ANGPTL3 through the development of recombinant proteins is essential for designing targeted interventions that can help mitigate the risk of atherosclerosis and other cardiovascular conditions linked to lipid imbalances. This area of research not only contributes to basic scientific knowledge but also holds promise for innovative therapeutic strategies in lipid management.
