稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of MR (Mineralocorticoid Receptor) recombinant proteins has gained significant interest in the fields of endocrinology and cellular biology due to their critical role in regulating various physiological processes, including electrolyte balance, blood pressure, and overall cardiovascular health. Mineralocorticoid receptors are nuclear hormone receptors that are primarily activated by hormones like aldosterone, which influence gene expression and protein synthesis related to sodium and potassium homeostasis. Dysregulation of MR signaling is implicated in numerous pathophysiological conditions, such as hypertension, heart failure, and kidney diseases. By recombinantly expressing MR proteins, researchers can investigate the structural and functional aspects of these receptors, explore their interaction with ligands and co-regulators, and study their signaling pathways. This research not only provides insights into the fundamental mechanisms of hormone action but also facilitates the development of novel therapeutic strategies targeting MR pathways to treat related disorders. Furthermore, recombinant MR proteins offer a powerful tool for drug screening and characterization, enabling the identification of potential modulators that could lead to new treatments for diseases associated with MR dysfunction. As such, the exploration of MR recombinant proteins stands at the intersection of basic research and clinical applications, highlighting their significance in advancing our understanding of steroid hormone signaling and its implications for human health.
