Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
YWHAQ, also known as 14-3-3σ, is a member of the 14-3-3 protein family, which is involved in various cellular processes including signal transduction, cell cycle regulation, and apoptosis. The 14-3-3 proteins are highly conserved and are known to interact with a multitude of partner proteins, thereby modulating their function and stability. Research on YWHAQ has garnered attention due to its critical role in cancer biology, where it is often implicated in tumor suppression and the regulation of oncogenic pathways. Understanding the mechanisms by which YWHAQ operates could provide insights into its potential as a therapeutic target or biomarker for cancer diagnosis and treatment. Additionally, studies have shown that alterations in YWHAQ expression levels can significantly impact cell proliferation and survival, highlighting its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Given the complex nature of its interactions and functions, the recombinant production of YWHAQ protein is of great interest, facilitating the exploration of its biochemical properties and functional roles in vitro. This research is vital to elucidating the molecular underpinnings of YWHAQ and its broader implications in health and disease, positioning it as a significant focus in the fields of molecular biology and cancer research. By developing advanced methodologies for the expression and purification of YWHAQ, scientists aim to enhance our understanding of its interactions with key signaling pathways and its overall contribution to cellular dynamics.
