Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of SFN (Sfn, also known as Stratifin or 14-3-3 sigma) recombinant protein has gained significant attention due to its pivotal role in various cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, and stress response. SFN acts as a key regulator of signaling pathways related to cell growth and differentiation, making it a critical player in the prevention of tumor progression and the maintenance of cellular homeostasis. Its expression is often altered in various cancers, with downregulation associated with tumor development and metastasis. The recombinant production of SFN facilitates detailed studies into its structure-function relationships, allowing researchers to dissect its interactions with other proteins and its mechanistic pathways. Additionally, the therapeutic potential of SFN as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis has sparked interest in developing assays and interventions targeting this protein. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying SFN's function can provide insights into innovative cancer treatment strategies, with the hope of leveraging its regulatory properties to inhibit tumor growth and enhance the efficacy of existing therapies. Overall, the exploration of SFN recombinant protein not only enhances our understanding of fundamental biological processes but also holds promise for advancements in cancer research and therapeutic development.
