Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
STRN3 (striatin 3) is a member of the striatin family of proteins known for their roles in signaling pathways and cell communication. Research into STRN3 began primarily due to its potential involvement in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, cytoskeletal organization, and the regulation of protein phosphatases. The protein is expressed in various tissues, particularly in the brain, suggesting a significant role in neuronal function and health. Recent studies have implicated STRN3 in neurodegenerative diseases and psychiatric disorders, highlighting its importance in maintaining neuronal integrity and communication. Additionally, STRN3 is believed to interact with other key proteins within the signaling cascades, making it an essential focus for understanding cellular mechanisms underlying both normal physiology and disease states. Consequently, the generation and characterization of recombinant STRN3 protein have become crucial for elucidating its function, interactions, and therapeutic potential, paving the way for novel treatment strategies targeting disorders linked to dysregulated signaling pathways.
