简介
Receptor-type tyrosine-protein phosphatase C (PTPRC) is a receptor type PTP and an essential positive regulator of T- and B-cell antigen receptor signaling. PTPRC functions through direct interaction with antigen receptor complexes, or by activating various Src family kinases required for the antigen receptor signaling. PTPRC also suppresses JAK kinases as a regulator of cytokine receptor signaling. PTPRC/CD45RAB Protein, Human (529a.a, HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived PTPRC/CD45RAB protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PTPRC, also known as CD45, is a crucial receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase expressed predominantly on the surface of leukocytes. It plays a vital role in regulating T and B cell receptor signaling, thereby influencing immune responses. The CD45 isoforms, particularly the CD45RA and CD45RO variants, are pivotal in distinguishing between naïve and memory T cells, making them essential markers in immunology research and clinical diagnostics. The recombinant protein form of PTPRC/CD45RAB has garnered significant attention for its potential applications in therapeutic development, vaccine efficacy studies, and understanding immune system dynamics. Researchers are particularly interested in how alterations in CD45 signaling can affect autoimmune diseases, cancer, and infectious diseases. By expressing and purifying this recombinant protein, scientists can conduct detailed analyses of its biochemical properties, interactions, and functional implications in cellular signaling pathways. Furthermore, the study of CD45RAB's structure and function can lead to the identification of novel therapeutic targets, enhancing our understanding of T cell activation and tolerance. Overall, the exploration of PTPRC/CD45RAB holds promise for advancing immunotherapy and improving strategies for vaccine design, making it a significant focus of current immunological research.
