稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DAB1 (Disabled-1) is an important intracellular adapter protein that plays a critical role in neuronal development and signaling pathways, particularly in the context of the Reelin signaling pathway. Initially identified in the study of neuronal migration and positioning in the developing brain, DAB1 serves as a key mediator of the effects of Reelin, a glycoprotein that influences synaptic plasticity and morphology. Mutations or dysregulation of DAB1 have been linked to various neurodevelopmental disorders, including schizophrenia and autism, highlighting its significance in maintaining proper brain function. Research has focused on the molecular mechanisms by which DAB1 interacts with other signaling proteins and contributes to processes such as neurite outgrowth, synapse formation, and cognitive functions. Experimental studies using reconstituted systems, transgenic animal models, and recombinant DAB1 protein have provided insights into its structure-function relationship and potential therapeutic applications. By understanding DAB1's role in neurodevelopmental processes, researchers aim to uncover new targets for intervention in neuropsychiatric disorders and enhance our comprehension of the intricate signaling networks essential for neural health.
