Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KLHDC1, or Kelch-like protein 1, is a member of the Kelch-like protein family, which plays a critical role in various cellular processes, including cytoskeletal organization and signal transduction. Research into KLHDC1 has gained momentum due to its potential involvement in important biological functions such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Abnormal expression or mutations in KLHDC1 have been linked to various diseases, including cancer, making it a significant target for therapeutic intervention. The study of KLHDC1 also intersects with the understanding of the protein-protein interactions mediated by its Kelch repeat domains, which are known to interact with a wide range of cellular partners. The production of recombinant KLHDC1 protein is crucial for detailed investigations, enabling the exploration of its structure-function relationship, the identification of its binding partners, and the elucidation of its role in disease mechanisms. Additionally, recombinant KLHDC1 can serve as a valuable tool for developing diagnostic and therapeutic strategies, further establishing its importance in molecular biology and medicine.
