稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C1qR1, also known as CD93, is a pattern recognition receptor that plays a crucial role in the immune system by mediating various physiological functions, including macrophage clearance of apoptotic cells and the promotion of angiogenesis. This receptor is a part of the complement system and is involved in the modulation of inflammatory responses. Research into C1qR1/CD93 recombinant proteins has gained momentum due to their potential applications in immunotherapy and disease treatment. Studies have shown that CD93 interacts with different ligands, influencing cell signaling pathways and contributing to homeostasis within the immune environment. Moreover, the expression levels of C1qR1/CD93 are found to be altered in various pathological conditions, including cancer and autoimmune diseases, making it a compelling target for therapeutic intervention. The recombinant form of C1qR1/CD93 aids in characterizing its functional properties and may facilitate the development of novel therapies aimed at enhancing immune responses or reducing inflammation. Understanding the structure-function relationship of this receptor is pivotal for designing drugs that can modulate its activity, providing insights into its role in health and disease. Thus, the study of C1qR1/CD93 recombinant proteins is essential not only for elucidating the mechanisms by which they operate but also for advancing the field of immunotherapeutics.
