简介
Tryptase beta-2, a neutral protease abundant in mast cells, plays a key role in innate immunity. As the primary proteolytic enzyme released during mast cell activation, Tryptase beta-2 contributes significantly to immune functions. Its involvement underscores its importance in mediating cellular responses linked to innate immunity, highlighting its role in the intricate defense mechanisms of the immune system.Tryptase beta-2 Protein, Mouse (HEK293, His) is the recombinant mouse-derived Tryptase beta-2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.

Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Tryptase beta-2 is a serine protease primarily expressed in mast cells, playing a significant role in inflammatory responses and immune regulation. Elevated levels of tryptase beta-2 have been associated with various allergic conditions, asthma, and other inflammatory disorders, making it a potential biomarker for diagnosing and monitoring these diseases. Additionally, tryptase beta-2 is implicated in tissue remodeling and repair processes, indicating its significance in both health and disease. Due to its critical biological functions, recombinant tryptase beta-2 protein has garnered attention for research purposes, enabling studies on its enzymatic activity, structure-function relationships, and potential therapeutic applications. Investigating the properties of recombinant tryptase beta-2 can provide insights into its role in mast cell biology and its contribution to pathophysiological conditions. Moreover, understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying its activity may lead to the development of novel treatments targeting tryptase for managing allergic and inflammatory diseases, addressing a significant unmet clinical need in these prevalent conditions. As research continues, recombinant tryptase beta-2 protein holds promise in advancing our knowledge of mast cell-related disorders and may pave the way for innovative therapeutic strategies.
