稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TAG-72, a tumor-associated glycoprotein, has garnered significant attention in cancer research due to its overexpression in various malignancies, particularly in adenocarcinomas of the breast, colon, and pancreas. This glycoprotein is produced by cancer cells and is virtually absent in normal adult tissues, making it a potential biomarker for tumor detection and a target for immunotherapy. The study of TAG-72 is crucial for developing targeted therapies, as it may aid in improving diagnostic accuracy and treatment efficacy. Researchers are investigating recombinant TAG-72 proteins to understand their structure and function, facilitating the design of immunological approaches, such as monoclonal antibodies and vaccines that can elicit a specific immune response against tumors expressing this antigen. Furthermore, TAG-72's role in cell signaling and tumor progression is being explored, shedding light on its potential mechanisms of action and the pathways it influences. Overall, the comprehensive study of TAG-72 and its recombinant forms holds promise for advancing cancer diagnostics and therapeutics, potentially leading to improved patient outcomes in the fight against cancer.
